After you return a product purchased through our Click and Collect service to a Decathlon store, our store team will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, follow these steps:
Contact your bank's customer service: Provide them with the refund reference number, which can be obtained from your Decathlon order confirmation email.
If your bank is unable to locate the refund: Request a chargeback for the transaction.
Refunds for Products Purchased Over 6 Months Ago
For products purchased over 6 months ago, please return the product to a Decathlon store along with your order ID and bank details. Post verification, the store representative shall raise a refund request once approved.
